AT&T Sales & Customer Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, ambitious, and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting our products and services for our AT&T clients to work at our Pop-up and Retail locations. The role will be conducted in a mixture of HOA Meetings, Hospitality Events, and will be a mixture of inside/outside locations.

Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in building relationships with our diverse clientele. You will play a key role in driving sales through product demonstrations, upselling, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Thursday-Monday 10 AM - 7 PM (Weekends INCLUDED - Tuesday & Wednesday would be the days off)

$15 an hour plus uncapped commissions on upsells or new sales

401K & 50% employee discounts

Must have reliable transportation & be able to lift at least 10 lbs

• Assist customers in both English and Spanish (if applicable), ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, engaging customers effectively.
• Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with inquiries regarding pricing, discounts, and promotions.
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
• Supervise junior sales staff when necessary, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor to attract customers and promote sales.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Previous experience at least 6 months in a retail or sales environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
• Experience in product demonstrations or upselling techniques is a plus.
• Basic understanding of retail math concepts to assist with pricing inquiries.
