Seeking an experienced Event Sales Coordinator to join our successful team in Waco, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the hospitality industry and exceptional customer service and sales skills. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of event sales, building client relationships, expanding business partnerships, renting out venues, and implementing marketing strategies. Competitive position with a salary range of $35,000 to $42,000.

• Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with clients to grow the corporate and event business

• Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure seamless execution of events
• Develop comprehensive event sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance profitability

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and/or event planning in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of the Microsoft suite and the technical aptitude to learn new systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• US Work Authorization Compensation: $35,000 - $42,000 yearly
