We are looking for a high-energy, driven, and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Manager to lead sales production and oversee operations for our new office location in Waco, Texas.

This is a dynamic hybrid sales and management position. You will balance personal sales production with coaching, accountability, and operational oversight, ensuring our agent team hits performance benchmarks while establishing our brand presence in the local market.

• Sales & Production
• Drive individual insurance sales production (Property & Casualty / Life & Health).
• Model top-tier sales techniques, outbound calling behaviors, and closing strategies for the team.
• Cross-sell, up-sell, and bundle policies to maximize client retention and coverage depth.

• Management & Performance Tracking
• Activity & Call Monitoring:
  Monitor daily outbound call volumes, talk time, and lead contact rates to ensure agents maintain required activity levels.
• Quality Assurance &
  
  Coaching:
  
  Review recorded calls and perform live monitoring to provide constructive feedback, script coaching, and objection-handling tactics.
• Goal Accountability:
  Set weekly/monthly sales quotas, monitor progress against agency key performance indicators (KPIs), and hold agents accountable to production goals.
• Training & Onboarding:
  Train new sales producers on product knowledge, system workflows, and effective sales scripts.

• Office Operations
• Manage day-to-day operations for the new Waco office, ensuring standard operating procedures, customer service standards, and compliance guidelines are met.
• Assist with local lead management, route assignments, and schedule optimization for field and phone sales activities.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Waco office team and executive leadership.

• Licensed:
  Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  
  2+ years of successful insurance sales production, with proven experience in sales leadership, team management, or supervisory roles.
• Demonstrated Leadership:
  Strong track record in call monitoring, agent performance tracking, and metric-driven team management.
• Communication &
  
  Coaching:
  
  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members effectively.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Proficiency with Insurance Management Systems (AMS), CRM platforms, softphone/call tracking software, and reporting tools.
