Aseptic Manufacturing Technical Lead

Base pay range: $121,000 – $230,000 per year

Purpose: The Aseptic Manufacturing Technical Lead role reports to the Director of Aseptic Manufacturing. The technical lead acts as a subject‑matter expert for aseptic processes within the global team, supporting troubleshooting for significant aseptic events, driving standardization, and partnering in training and mentoring.

• Provide onsite support for investigations of significant aseptic events.
• Proactively mentor, advise, and share best practices with network team members, site peers, and senior management.
• Contribute to the development of the long‑range strategy and capital planning for aseptic manufacturing.
• Organize and execute improvement events at manufacturing sites to identify, quantify, and mitigate aseptic risks.
• Collaborate with sites to drive standardization of aseptic best practices.
• Participate in aseptic audits, identify risks, and facilitate mitigation solutions.
• Identify, report, and track site/network aseptic metrics to drive best‑in‑class performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (preferred, though other degrees with experience are acceptable).
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience in an aseptic environment.
• Proven ability to mentor and influence beyond direct reporting relationships.
• Strong understanding of Quality, Compliance, and Manufacturing conformance and impact.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards for aseptic manufacturing.
• Strong problem‑solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.

Base pay range: $121,000 – $230,000 per year. Additional compensation may include short‑term and long‑term incentive programs. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
