• Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants. Requests may include Commercial HVAC.
• Diagnoses building management/energy management systems for faults and errors.
  Collaborates with fellow technicians to maintain and repair HVAC systems.
• Proficiently interprets blueprints and schematic drawings to ensure accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
• Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into appropriate logs.
• Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment, and keeps tools and

• Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests.
• Works on and completes all facility team‑based goals.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance with a strong focus on HVAC systems
• Valid EPA Universal HVAC certification required
• Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
