We are seeking a Service Technician for a full‑time, on‑site position located in Waco, TX. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure peak efficiency. Day‑to‑day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, conducting field service visits, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients. Additionally, the Service Technician will work closely with the team to deliver high‑quality service and timely solutions.

• Proficiency in maintenance, repair, and field service for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
• Excellent customer service abilities to provide a positive and professional client experience
• Ability to complete maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently under varying conditions
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical fields (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to safety and quality
