Pay Rate: $34.00 /hr or more, depending on experience

Position Summary: Provide the highest quality heating and cooling solutions to residential and commercial customers according to Danco standards.

Work hours: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday‑Friday (weekends, overtime, evenings on occasion)

Required Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from an HVAC technical school
• 5+ years HVAC residential service experience
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• NATE Certified or obtain within 1 year of employment
• Universal EPA Certification
• Willingness to invest in basic tools
