Up to $34.00/hr based on experience, plus spiffs. Top technicians can earn up to $40.00/hr with spiffs.
Position SummaryProvide the highest quality heating and cooling solutions to residential and commercial customers according to Danco company standards.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues using appropriate equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining solutions and service recommendations.
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and company standards.
7:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion).
Required Qualifications- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical school.
- 2+ years of HVAC residential service experience.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- NATE certified or obtained within 1 year of employment.
- Universal EPA certification.
- Willingness to invest in basic tools.
