Pay Rate

Up to $34.00/hr based on experience, plus spiffs. Top technicians can earn up to $40.00/hr with spiffs.

Position Summary

Provide the highest quality heating and cooling solutions to residential and commercial customers according to Danco company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial customers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues using appropriate equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, explaining solutions and service recommendations.
  • Document work progress and maintain accurate service records.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and company standards.
Work Hours

7:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion).

Required Qualifications
  • Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical school.
  • 2+ years of HVAC residential service experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • NATE certified or obtained within 1 year of employment.
  • Universal EPA certification.
  • Willingness to invest in basic tools.
