This is a working supervisor role; you will spend most of your time on the rig and in the field alongside three or more technicians, while the remainder of your time is spent assigning jobs, coordinating with customers, and building your crew’s skills.
You will hold the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Pump Installer license or be prepared to earn it; if needed, we will cover the exam and
