Summary:
Assemble and integrate electrical and mechanical systems for custom transformers. Responsibilities include installing and routing wiring, gauges, and instrument components; fabricating conduit; interpreting schematics and blueprints; testing completed equipment; and performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
Key Duties- Assemble and integrate transformer electrical and mechanical components
- Install, route, and secure wiring, gauges, and instrumentation
- Fabricate conduit and manage cable/conduit pathways
- Read and follow electrical/mechanical schematics and blueprints
- Test equipment to verify proper operation and workmanship
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
Ability to interpret technical drawings, perform precision assembly and wiring, fabricate conduit, conduct equipment testing, and apply preventive/predictive maintenance practices in a safety-focused, quality-driven environment.
