This role provides quality customer service and maintains a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all Fitness Center patrons. Primary responsibilities include greeting patrons, tracking attendance, cleaning & organizing equipment, ensuring safe use of all exercise equipment, educating regarding Fitness Center usage policies, and assisting with spotting as needed. Moderate to heavy lifting is required to organize gym equipment. Must have strong communication skills, the ability to work with a team, and display time management skills.

• Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons
• Ability to prioritize and take initiative
• Assist with various projects, activities, and tasksУйғур related to business operations
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
