Caterpillar’s PSLD is seeking talented Warehouse Associates at our Waco Work Tools Facility located at 2100 Orchard Lane, Waco, TX 76705.

Shifts
  • Shift/hour: 1st Shift – Monday‑Friday 6am – 2pm (overtime may be required depending on business need). Starting Wage: $19.05/HR

Responsibilities
  • Utilize and inspect heavy equipment including sit‑down forklift, pallet jack, and overhead hoists.
  • Safely perform material‑handling and warehousing processes required in receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting, and order processing.
  • Willingness to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead hoists. All available positions will operate equipment.
  • Report defects and need for repairs.
  • Utilize pneumatic tools and/or power tools to build and construct wooden shipping containers.
  • Apply paint and rust prevention.
  • Perform housekeeping functions as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

  • Thoroughness: Ability to perform quality checks; focus on accuracy to provide customers with the best possible experience; follow verbal and written instructions; perform clerical functions as needed; understand basic math.
  • Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least 12 months in previous employment or volunteer experience. Equipment experience required: order pickers, reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead hoists.
  • Agility: Must repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs individually, walk 10‑12 miles per day, sit, stand, squat, and bend repetitively without causing injury.
