Clerk – Warehouse Duties & Responsibilities
Daily Routine:
- Operate computer in SAP to look up inventories, and make adjustments.
- Do daily cycle counts to get through the whole inventory each month.
- Count all ingredients used the previous day.
- Fill in all information on the count sheets, and turn in to the Warehouse office daily.
- Be present for all quarterly inventory audits.
- Fill out for blend room partners as needed basis.
- Keep all inventory reports up to date.
- Other duties as assigned.
Weekly Routine:
- Perform inventory cycle counts.
- Clean the scissor lift.
- Perform all allergen control audits.
- Housekeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Ability to lift 60-70 lbs.
- Able to work in cool temperatures.
- Able to work weekends, overtime and different shifts as needed.
- Data Entry experience.
- Read and write English.
- Operate forklift / Scissor lift.
