Behavior Analyst

Waconia Public Schools is looking for candidates dedicated to providing students with the opportunity to exploretheir passions and create their success! Afast-growing school district located near the banks of Lake Waconia and approximately 25 miles west of Minneapolis, Waconia Public Schoolsserves 4,000 students and their families from the communities of Waconia, Victoria, Minnetrista, Saint Bonifacius, and New Germany. School District facilities include an educational services and enrichment center, area learning center, three elementary schools (K-5), one middle school (6-8), and one high school (9-12).

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Special Education Manager and Director of Special Education, the Behavior Analyst is responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to support students with behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges. This role involves collaborating with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and families to create individualized behavior support strategies that promote student success.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

Compensation:Salary range from $41,196 - $91,608, plus an excellent benefits package pursuant the WEABargaining Agreementstarting on the first day of employment
