Float Pool Caregiver – Flexible and Impactful Role in Waconia

Compensation: $21 - $28 per hour

• Step In When Needed:
  Cover various shifts to ensure resident care continues seamlessly.
• Assist Residents:
  Provide help with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal assistance, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Foster Connections:
  Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversations to promote emotional well-being and a sense of community.
• Ensure Safety and Cleanliness:
  Help maintain infection control standards and ensure resident rooms remain clean and comfortable.
• Communicate Effectively:
  Document care provided and communicate any changes in residents' conditions with the healthcare team.

• Experience:
  
  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar experience as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Direct Support Professional.
• Flexibility:
  Comfortable working on-call and adapting to varying schedules.
