Overnight Care Opportunity – Join Our Team at Nagel Assisted Living

Position: Nursing Assistant / Caregiver (Overnight Shift)

Location: Nagel Assisted Living – Waconia, MN

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM | Every Other Weekend

Pay: $21 - $25/hour + Shift Differential

• Provide Personalized Care: Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.
• Monitor and Support: Ensure residents’ needs are met while creating a warm and secure environment.
• Collaborate as a Team: Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
• Document and Communicate: Record observations and communicate changes in residents' conditions as needed.

• Compassionate Caregiving: A genuine passion for serving seniors with empathy and kindness.
• Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to pursue CNA certification and engage in continuous professional development.
• Team Player: A collaborative and positive mindset to contribute to a thriving work environment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the shift.
