** Job Description
** Reporting to the Director of Care, the Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) is responsible for providing Resident centered and goal-oriented nursing care in accordance with standards of practice and provincial legislation. Working collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team, the RPN will participate in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of care and clinical services to enhance the provision of Resident care.

This position is for Ridgeview Long Term Care Center in Stoney Creek, Ontario Available opportunities include:
