Full-Time Nights or Part-Time Weeknights and Weekends

Pay: $25–$40/hour + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

Nagel Assisted Living, part of Sunflower Communities, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight nursing team. This role is ideal for an LPN who is confident working independently and enjoys providing steady, compassionate care during night hours in an assisted living and memory care setting.

• Coordinate and oversee resident care plans with a focus on safety and comfort
• Complete resident assessments and document changes in condition accurately
• Administer medications and monitor chronic conditions
• Communicate clinical updates to families, providers, and internal team members
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during overnight hours

• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Prior experience in assisted living, memory care, SNF, TCU, or home health preferred
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
