Position: Overnight Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Nagel Assisted Living – Waconia, MN

Schedule: Evening or Overnight Shift | Every Other Weekend + Rotating On-Call

Pay: $35 - $50/hour + Weekend Shift Differential: $1.00/hour

• Provide High-Quality Care:
  Plan, deliver, and monitor personalized nursing care for residents.
• Conduct Assessments:
  Complete clinical evaluations and document findings accurately.
• Manage Medications:
  Oversee the administration of medications and monitor chronic illnesses to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Coordinate Care Plans:
  Collaborate with families, staff, and external providers to create individualized care plans.
• Foster Communication:
  Keep families updated on changes in health or care plans, building trust and transparency.
• Respond to Emergencies:
  Act promptly and decisively in emergency situations, ensuring proper follow-up actions are taken.

• Licensed RN: A valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience Preferred:
  Prior experience in geriatric or long-term care is ideal.
• Independent Worker:
  Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of care.
• Strong Communicator:
  Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
