- Provide professional nursing care for patients following established standards and practices
- Administration of chemotherapy and other therapeutic drugs
- Maintain efficient and appropriate patient flow in clinic
- Facilitate dose modification by assessing patient and labs, consulting protocol or treatment plan, calculating dose and infusing medications, and consulting physician regarding dose modifications, problems, and symptom management
- Assure nursing charges are accurate and complete on charge tickets
- Act as a resource for MA and LPN staff
- Triage patient phone calls as needed and document relevant information in patient’s chart
- Assess patient/family needs and provide teaching, instructional materials, and community resource information
- Cross‑train in the collaborative nursing area as available
- Coach and monitor staff, lead meetings and team‑building exercises, manage performance issues and reviews; follow up on audits and help manage staffing workflow
- Train and coach new staff members
$40–$60 per hour
Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current MN licensure and registration required
- Current or pending OCN certification preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- 2–3 years of nursing experience with IV experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic computer programs is also required
- Leadership experience helpful

Physical RequirementsRequires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye‑hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 lbs. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
