Position: Dietary Aide

Location: Nagel Assisted Living – Waconia, MN

Schedule: Part-Time | Every Other Weekend + Holiday

• Prepare and Serve Meals: Work with the culinary team to meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences, creating healthy, flavorful menus.
• Monitor Residents’ Needs: Observe eating habits and report concerns like loss of appetite or swallowing issues to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Assist with kitchen and dining area cleaning to uphold a safe and sanitary environment.
• Operate Kitchen Equipment: Utilize food preparation tools under the guidance of the Executive Chef to ensure quality and presentation.

• Experience in Food Service: Prior experience in food preparation or cooking is required.
• Commitment to Cleanliness: Strong knowledge of sanitation regulations and a dedication to maintaining a hygienic kitchen.
• Team Spirit: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
