CSA Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

sManage the commercial delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages throughout the lifecycle of the data centre project

.Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, forecasts and cash flow reports for CSA works

.Administer CSA contracts in accordance with project requirements and contractual obligations

.Evaluate subcontractor tenders, undertake commercial assessments and support procurement of CSA packages

.Prepare, assess and negotiate interim valuations, variations, compensation events and final accounts

.Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities, implementing effective mitigation strategies where required

.Manage the commercial performance of subcontractors, ensuring contractual compliance and timely resolution of commercial issues

.Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Design Teams and Client representatives to ensure successful commercial delivery of CSA works

.Support change management processes, ensuring all changes are accurately valued, documented and agreed

.Produce accurate commercial reports, cost analyses and monthly project forecasts for senior management

.Ensure all commercial activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, project governance and Dutch construction regulations

.Contribute to the successful delivery of the project by promoting value engineering, cost certainty and continuous commercial improvement

ons Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related construction discipli

Professional membership, or working towards chartership with RICS or an equivalent recognised institution, is desirab

Demonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveyor on major construction projects, with experience delivering CSA packages on data centres, industrial, logistics or mission-critical developments preferr

ed.

Experience administering construction contracts, including NEC, FIDIC or other recognised forms of contra

Excellent understanding of cost management, procurement, contract administration, valuation and change manageme
