Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a friendly, attentive and professional Restaurant Server to join a hospitality team in Wadebridge
.

The successful candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service to guests, helping to ensure a positive dining experience while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.

• Flexible shift options of 6pm–10pm or 8pm–11pm.

• Welcome guests and provide professional and friendly table service.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and communicate orders accurately to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Check guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Clear and reset tables to the required standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant and service areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately where required.
• Work closely with kitchen, bar and hotel teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety and hotel service standards.

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, professional and well-presented manner.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.
• Hotel or fine-dining restaurant experience.
• Experience with POS/till systems.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
