Tuesday: 22:30-08:00
Wednesday: 22:30-08:00
Saturday: 22:30-03:30
Base rate starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. An additional night premium of £2.35 per hour is paid for hours worked between midnight and 6am. Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility for as few as 12 hours.
Job Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and support shoppers.
- Assist with picking, replenishment, and general store activities.
- Apply training to work safely and effectively.
- Make customer-centred decisions and deliver routines on time.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events.
- Maintain product quality and handle deliveries.
- Passion for delivering great service and building rapport with customers.
- Team player with open communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and make decisions for customer satisfaction.
- Professional appearance and punctuality.
