Stadt Wädenswil sucht eine Fachspezialist:in Lohnbuchhaltung (80–100%). Sie führen eigenständig die Lohnbuchhaltung der Mitarbeitenden, schliessen Abrechnungen von Entschädigungen ab und erstellen Jahresdeklarationen.
Zudem koordinieren Sozialversicherungen einschließlich Quellensteuer und arbeiten aktiv an Prozessoptimierungen. Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, fundierte Lohnbuchhaltungserfahrung und idealerweise eine Payroll-Weiterbildung mit.
