Der Einsatz erfolgt im häuslichen Umfeld der Klienten, wobei eigenständige Pflegeprozesse im Team umgesetzt werden. Es wird eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse vorausgesetzt. Die Position bietet flexible Arbeitszeiten zwischen 50 und 100 Prozent und die Möglichkeit auf eine Festanstellung.
