• Build and nurture client relationships, inspiring confident, informed decisions about life, career, and money.
• Provide comprehensive tax services for individuals, trusts, and partnerships, using advanced training and an expert team.
• Conduct tax interviews face‑to‑face and virtually (video, phone, chat, email) to collect data and advise clients.
• Prepare accurate tax returns, generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide IRS support, including notice services for all certification levels and audit representation for Circular 230 associates.
• Mentor teammates, support continuous education, and meet all IRS and state requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher.
