$80,000 – $90,000 per year

Position: Senior Accountant
Location: On-site – Wadsworth, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 DOE

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, and financial reporting
• Manage monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain robust internal controls
• Administer employee benefits and 401(k) programs, coordinating with providers
• Support HR processes such as payroll accuracy, compliance, and onboarding

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing experience a plus
• Proficient with ERP/accounting systems (Quick Books Enterprise, Net Suite, Sage) and Excel
