Job Description
- Performs project and/or indirect procurement of goods and services of basic to highest complexity, supporting client projects and corporate group needs by negotiating subcontracts, blanket purchase agreements, or purchase orders. Ensures all procurement complies with contractual terms, QA/QC processes, company policies, and that vendors adhere to negotiated contracts.
- Manages project vendor POs and vendor submittal/delivery tracking logs. Performs vendor onboarding (supplier prequalification, risk analysis, credential verification). Manages ongoing compliance with SLAs and contractual requirements.
- Coordinates with staff on the development of scopes of work, specifications, drawings, and other procurement package requirements; coordinates technical evaluations of competitive proposals with project management.
- Assists project management in planning required procurement support for proposals and contracts, serving as a resource on procurement, subcontract, and related issues.
- Confers with staff on vendor performance, delivery, expediting, drawing approvals, and payment of invoices.
- Reviews work of junior staff, providing feedback and training.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Four (4) years of related experience.
Equivalent additional directly related experience counts as a substitute for a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Procurement experience in Design‑Build/EPC for heavy industrial clients.
Amount of Travel Required
5%
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with staff, subcontractors, and vendors across all levels.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and meet internally imposed deadlines.

Salary: $105,000 – $130,000
