Job Title: Activities Assistant

Job Location: Wadsworth, Ohio

Resident Activity Assistant organizes and participates in person-specific activity programming, including one to one interventions, small group facilitation and large group presentations and assists the resident activity director as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily activities to residents
• Help residents to activities
• Perform daily documentation
• Assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Activity Director

Qualifications for Activities Assistant

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in activities department in a healthcare setting or equivalent
• CNA license is preferred, but we will train

Experience with residents in a healthcare setting in an activity nature is a plus.
