Pay: $45,000 – $60,000 (Full-Time + Benefits).

• Recruit, screen, hire, and onboard our Care Pros.
• Manage the applicant pipeline and keep things moving.
• Run training sessions (new hire, ongoing, annual—you name it).
• Keep training materials fresh and effective.
• Conduct performance check-ins and coaching conversations.
• Collaborate with the scheduling team to match clients and Care Pros.
• Jump into the on-call rotation (extra pay for this one).

• 2‑3 years of HR and recruiting experience (required).
• A true passion for people and helping others grow.
• Strong communication and time‑management skills.

• Self‑motivated, driven, and just plain awesome.
• Ability to perform pre‑employment checks and background/drug screening.
• STNA or healthcare experience is a bonus.
