EAH is seeking a Net Suite Developer to help modernize a multi‑brand, high‑volume e‑commerce and light‑manufacturing business on Net Suite. You’ll own meaningful pieces of our Order‑to‑Cash and Fulfillment stack, create new Suite Script solutions, and tune what already runs the business—all with direct access to decision‑makers and a pragmatic, engineering‑friendly culture.

• Design, develop, and maintain Net Suite customizations using Suite Script 1.0 and 2.x (User Event, Client, Suitelet, Map/Reduce, Scheduled, RESTlets)
• Optimize Order‑to‑Cash and Fulfillment processes: workflows, forms, saved searches, approvals, exception handling
• Translate business requirements into clean, testable technical designs and deliverables
• Diagnose and resolve performance, reliability, and data‑integrity issues in production
• Build and support integrations between Net Suite and internal/external systems (Suite Talk SOAP/REST, RESTlets; experience with iPaaS such as Celigo or Mule Soft a plus)
• Prepare for and execute upgrades; ensure backward compatibility and minimal business disruption
• Contribute to Net Suite administration: roles/permissions, environments, releases, sandboxes, CSV imports, and data hygiene
• Document solutions and patterns; champion best practices for secure coding, change control, and versioning (SDF/Git)
• Partner with Operations, Finance, E‑commerce, and Warehouse teams to deliver measurable outcomes
• Work on third‑party integrations using API, bundles, or plugins to connect to key partners to assist with ERP functions

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years hands‑on as a Net Suite Developer
• Strong command of Suite Script 1.0 and 2.x and Suite Cloud (SDF), Suite Flow, custom records, forms, searches
• Proven impact in O2C and Fulfillment within Net Suite for e‑commerce businesses
• Track record building and supporting third‑party integrations
• Comfortable in Agile environments; thoughtful communicator who collaborates well and executes independently
• Meticulous problem solver with attention

• Experience with iPaaS (Celigo, Mule Soft), event‑driven patterns, or AWS‑based integration services
• Exposure to Net Suite performance tuning, logging/monitoring strategies, and script governance
• Net Suite certifications (Administrator, Suite Cloud Developer, ERP Consultant)
• Working knowledge of the Advanced Manufacturing module (nice to have)

• Pragmatic SDLC with code reviews, sandbox‑first development, and structured UAT
• Direct access to leadership and stakeholders; fast decision cycles and clear priorities

• 30 days: environment set up, commit your first changes, stabilize one high‑value workflow
• 90 days: build a net‑new Suite Script solution that removes manual work or reduces order exceptions
• 180 days: lead a cross‑functional enhancement to O2C/Fulfillment with measurable KPIs (cycle time, error rate, or throughput)
