Run various tests for different types of rubber while following prescribed methods and utilize equipment as directed.

M-F 8:00am-4:00pm

• Run daily/monthly controls for all equipment.
• Perform all tests according to work instructions/lab specifications.
• Write non-conforming tickets, attach to proper units, and inform the Team Leader of all out-of-spec materials.
• Weigh, mix, and test lab batches.
• Inspect, select, and test inbound feedstock.
• Input, export, and update data accordingly.
• Update SPC files.
• Wear PPE at all times.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and environmental standards.
• Keep the lab clean and organized.
• Maintain lab records.
• Uphold Ravago Code of Conduct and be aware of policies and objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality/Technical Manager.
• Support production as needed under the guidance of the Production Leader.

• High School Diploma
• Ability to manage time, organize, and prioritize.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

The work environment described is representative and must be adaptable.

• Comfortable working in shared spaces with constant noise.
• Report all injuries immediately.

Must meet physical demands to perform essential functions. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours/day.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Periodic stair climbing.
• Use of hands, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, hearing, and smelling.
• Visual abilities include close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
