Reporting to the Secondary Operations Supervisor our Secondary Operations Associates are responsible the completed assembly for one of our customers. They are also pivotal in working as a team on a pack out line completing sets for our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Ability to use tools such as mallets, drill press and rivet gun
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Following rules and regulations/safety guidelines
- Willingness to work with others in a team environment
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain good punctuality and be a dependable team player.
- Ability to communicate effective with co-workers.
- Must be reliable and maintain open communication with management to achieve all goals and
- Ability to follow standard work regulations and processes.
- Open to cross-training in other functions/departments
