Limited Part Time LPN – 12 Hours/Week

Pay Range: $28.00/hr – $33.00/hr, based on skills and experience.

Schedule:

Fridays, 7:00 am – 7:30 pm (12‑hour shift).

As a Charge Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct resident care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will supervise and direct care provided by nursing assistants, participate in professional development, and perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Provide direct resident care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants in the delivery of patient care.
• Participate in continuing professional development and training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the facility leadership.

• Current Ohio LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care, or long‑term care settings.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull 35–50 pounds independently and >50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach at different angles.
• Walk, stand, and sit intermittently during the day.
• Follow all infection control practices.
