• Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year

• Lead and manage daily store operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Drive exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for every guest.
• Manage labor and food costs to optimize profitability while maintaining high standards.
• Assist in training and developing staff to ensure strong team performance and individual growth.
• Handle inventory and ordering to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
• Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.

• Some knowledge of Labor and Food Cost management is required.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment.
