Position Overview

We are looking for volunteer flex workers who can help people in need by performing various household tasks. Flexers register as individuals and indicate the skills they have, such as laying laminate, wallpapering, gardening, cleaning, moving, or other chores.

• Confirm availability for scheduled jobs and attend the job at the designated location.
• Complete assigned tasks such as gardening, wallpapering, cleaning, etc., as directed by the project coordinator.
• Receive a project form by email before the job, containing all necessary information.
• Communicate with the project coordinator as needed for clarification or assistance.

• Interest or experience in gardening, cleaning, moving, painting, wallpapering, or similar household tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Willingness to help people without a network, limited finances, or physical/mental health limitations.
• Good health and well‑being, as tasks may involve manual labor.

• Flexible scheduling – you can choose when you are available.
• Opportunities to meet and help diverse members of the community.
• Support and preparation from the project coordinator.
