$15.00/hr - $17.50/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Recommend items for sale, including trade‑up and companion items, and process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well‑merchandised, perform inventory, and maintain records.
• Check in and price merchandise as required or directed by the store manager or shift leader.
• Implement company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise, and complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement per policies, and perform stock rotation using first‑in, first‑out.
• Maintain working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
• Handle web pick‑up responsibilities, monitoring orders and delivering items to customers.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition.
• Comply with all company policies, maintain respectful relationships with coworkers, and complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
