Ensure access protocols are followed and properly documented
Monitor entry/exit points, badge readers, and surveillance systems
Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue temporary credentials
Respond to security incidents or access violations swiftly and professionally
Serve as a trusted liaison between site leadership and security operations

What You Bring to the Table Top Secret Clearance (Active) – Required on day one
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus
Ability to remain calm, observant, and professional in sensitive environments
Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform basic access control tasks throughout your shift
Preferred But Not

Required:

Experience with DoD or IC access control procedures
Familiarity with systems like Lenel, AMAG, or similar badge/access software
CPR/First Aid certification
Previous cleared work in SCIF environments
