In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in our financial operations, ensuring smooth and accurate bookkeeping practices that support our dealership's success.

• Assist with answering phones
• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Process deposits
• Assist with vehicle inventory
• Other duties as assigned

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proficient in accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
