Vision Ford Lincoln is seeking skilled and dedicated Service Technicians to join our dealership's growing service department. Ask us about our $4000 sign on bonus! You will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers’ vehicles are running at peak performance, performing both routine maintenance and advanced repairs. As a vital part of our team, we'll support your growth and development while empowering you to deliver exceptional service every day.

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, ensuring high-quality standards
• ️ Utilize factory diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle systems
• Work closely with service advisors to provide clear, accurate estimates
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Continuously update skills and knowledge on Ford & Lincoln products

• 2+ years of automotive service experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Basic tools are required; specialty tools provided by the dealership
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety
• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
• Experience with dealer management software systems is an advantage
