Vision Ford Lincoln is looking for a customer-first, detail-driven Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team! You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers—helping them understand their vehicle’s needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring every visit is smooth, efficient, and positive. 💬✨

Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and create confidence will directly contribute to the level of service our customers expect from the Vision brand. 🤝

• 👋 Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and care
• 📝 Listen to concerns and document repair needs accurately
• 🧠 Translate technical information clearly and honestly
• 📞 Keep customers updated throughout their vehicle’s visit
• 🛠️ Collaborate with techs to ensure timely service
• 💡 Upsell maintenance plans, warranties & service specials
• ✅ Finalize repair orders and ensure full customer satisfaction
• 📲 Follow up after service to build long-term relationships

• 🧍♂️ Prior Service Advisor or customer service experience (preferred)
• 💬 Strong communication + problem-solving skills
• 🚦 Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease
• 🔍 Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
• 💻 Comfort with computers and DMS (CDK, Reynolds, etc., a plus)
• 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent (some college a bonus)
• 🚘 Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

• 💵 Competitive Pay (Hourly plus Commission, monthly and/or quarterly performance bonuses)
