As General Manager, you will lead Hilton Waikoloa Village, one of Hawaii Island’s most iconic oceanfront resorts, set across 62 acres of lush tropical gardens, waterfalls, and waterways. This destination combines luxury, adventure, and culture, offering guests experiences from three pools—including the island’s largest water slide—to a saltwater lagoon with tropical fish, nine dining venues, a full-service spa, and immersive Hawaiian cultural experiences.

You will be responsible for shaping and sustaining an immersive island-style guest journey, guiding all facets of resort operations—from service excellence, team culture and brand stewardship to recreational programming, F&B innovation and memorable events. The resort features tropical gardens, meandering waterways, canal boats and trams, and offers accommodations across towers with views of the gardens, lagoon or Pacific beyond. The centerpiece is a four-acre ocean-fed saltwater lagoon, three expansive pools including a water slide-equipped Kona Pool, and 14 restaurants and lounges catering to a range of tastes.

• Minimum of 5 years' Hotel General Manager experience with a proven track record leading operations in a property with minimum $50M annual revenue.
• Demonstrated experience managing labor relations and union partnerships.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strategic ownership partnerships, fostering trust through transparency, collaboration, and measurable results.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of maximizing profitability through strategic revenue optimization, market share growth, and robust financial oversight.
• Proven experience driving top-line performance by optimizing the overall commercial strategy, ensuring the right business and transient mix, and activating initiatives that maximize group revenue and ancillary income streams.

The annual salary range for this role is $350K - $375K and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan and the Company’s long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
