Pool Attendant

FT Pool Attendant – Hilton Grand Vacations – Waikoloa, HI

We are looking for an enthusiastic pool attendant to promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. You will greet each guest immediately in a friendly, sincere, and warm manner, provide exceptional customer service, and support resort services and activities.

• Salary range: $19.50 - $21.75 per hour

8‑hour shifts with a 30‑minute break between 6 am and 7 pm. Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Greet each guest immediately with a friendly acknowledgment.
• Collect and replenish pool towels, monitor inventory to minimize loss, and remove dirty towels. Maintain cleanliness of the fitness center and activities center.
• Display a professional image at all times through appearance and positive conduct. Work as an outstanding teammate by pitching in and helping co‑workers.

• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate well with guests in English.
• Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Basic level Japanese language skills.
