Security Officer - Retail Patrol (Part‑Time)

Location:

Waikolola, HI

Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour

• Mon 05:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Tue 05:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Wed 05:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Thu 05:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service by following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall property and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents to appropriate personnel and/or law enforcement as directed.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas as required by site procedures.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
