Varies – AM, PM, Overnight (including weekends and holidays)

$26.50 – $29.44

• Work with all trade mechanics as required to help with repairs and maintenance.
• Perform mechanical tasks including grasping hand tools, adjusting, and maintaining equipment.
• Change filters on all air fans and fan coil units.
• Clean and paint all mechanical spaces, including color‑coded steam pipes and electrical wires.
• Clean ceiling diffusers, return air registers, and toilet exhausts.
• Use ladders or lifts up to 30 feet high, handling loads up to 75 lbs.

• Flexible scheduling availability for shifts AM, PM, and Overnight.
• Electrical and plumbing skills.
• Hotel knowledge preferred.
• Mechanical ability and willingness to learn tools, parts, and materials.
• Physical ability to work in hot, cold, wet conditions; stoop, kneel, lift up to 75 lbs; climb ladders up to 30 ft.
