Customer Care Representative, (1) Full-Time and (1) Part-Time 20+ hours, Regular, Non-Exempt

Starting at $16.00/hr + commission & tips

Pacific Whale Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to our mission of protecting the ocean through science and advocacy. Since 1980, we have made a significant impact on marine environments and wildlife across the Pacific region, including Hawaii, Japan, Australia, and Chile. As a Customer Care Representative, you will ensure exceptional customer service for our guests while promoting company tours and activities.

• Receive and manage reservation for guests
• Actively promote and sell cruises to meet sales goals
• Oversee customer check-ins and serve as  Welcome Ambassadors  including walking guests to vessels
• Other Duties as Assigned

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service or in a similar capacity
• Working knowledge of reservation systems, Fareharbor platform preferred and ability to operate phone system
• Reliable and dependable personality
• Ability to work well independently, multi-task, and adapt to a flexible schedule, including early or late shifts
• Knowledge of basic accounting skills
• Capable of standing or sitting for long periods and lifting up to 50lbs
