Position: Patient Access Services Clerk; Full-time, Day, MMMC
Kaiser Permanente - [Medical Records Clerk] As a Patient Access Services Clerk at Kaiser Permanente, you'll:
Greet patients, referring them to appropriate areas of hospital, clinic, or department;
Interview patient/patient representative(s) and obtain patient data and verify insurance coverage;
Verify insurance coverage for primary, secondary and tertiary insurance plans;
Establish patient financial class type at point of registration;
Collect cash, check or credit card payments for collectible services.
