We are seeking a Network Administrator to join our team supporting a very important client. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the organization’s LAN, WAN, and Wireless voice and data networks. This role will also provide Level 1 support for network and telephony‑related issues, ensuring consistent uptime, reliability, and performance across all network and communication systems.

The Network Administrator will work under supervision to install, maintain, and manage network and telephony hardware/software including routers, switches, servers, phones, wireless systems, and backup solutions. The role also includes assisting with system upgrades, applying security configurations, and managing inventory and RMA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wireless network systems, including voice and data networks.
• Provide Level 1 technical support and perform root‑cause analysis for network and telephony issues.
• Assist in maintaining the enterprise voice communication systems including hardware, software, and client configurations.
• Install, configure, and support network/telephony equipment (phones, routers, LAN switches, wireless devices, servers, and backup systems).
• Assist with system updates, including applying service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security settings.
• Monitor network performance and perform capacity planning to ensure system reliability.
• Utilize network management and diagnostic tools for performance and troubleshooting tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory of network and telephony equipment.
• Create and manage Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and follow through to resolution.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to support ongoing infrastructure projects and improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 years of experience in network administration, support, or a related IT role.
• Strong understanding of Server Systems
  , including configuration, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points).
• Familiarity with telephony systems and VoIP technologies.
• Basic understanding of network security best practices and protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
