• Hale Makua Health Services Home Health is a Medicare-certified provider of personalized care in the comfort of your home for individuals who are home-bound and need skilled help with medical conditions.

The Position:

We're looking for passionate Licensed Practical Nurse who provides professional nursing care to patients following established policies and procedures of the agency.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license as a License Practical Nurse in the State of Hawaii required.
• Minimum one-year recent experience in healthcare.
• Current BLS certification
• Current medical/health screening includes 2 step TB clearance
